12 Gram CO2 Confetti

I have been asked to construct a few 12 gram CO2 confetti launchers. I plan on a all metal constuction and about 300PSi operating pressure. It will be a coaxial barrel sealing piston. (only about 2"long x 1" pipe)
Any ideas? I also need a piolet valve that will take this pressure that is small. NO Ball Valves!
Anyone know where I can get electric solinoids for electronic operation?

Why not ball valves? And why something that small? Steel pipe usually doesn't work too well for pistons because of all the burrs on the inside, but whatever tickles your pickle.

Steel pipe because it can hande that kind of pressure...
And no ball valve because they do not look very professonal and they will leak air when open (some will have constant CO2 flow)
I also hope to be able to make them remotely operated evenually as well.
My pickle is not tickled

Is that not the point of a ball valve?

I believe he means that they will continue to leak air after being opened because of the continuous air flow. One way to fix the problem is to have 2 valves, one to charge a chamber and one to fire.

This is a link to a solenoid valve that might fit your purpose.
