How could I best attach a weird tire valve?

I've got one of those tire valves thats covered in black rubber. Whats the best way to attach it to an end cap?
I wanna do something like this:

Drill a small hole and pull it through (inside to outside).

Also, be sure to use some Epoxy or other sealants. Honestly, I tend to like the treaded Shrader Valves. You can find them with "Sump Pump Parts" in a hardware store.

Theoretically, if it's one of the flared, rubber schrader valves that you pop in from the inside, then the pressure from inside the chamber will press against the bottom of the valve and seal it as the pressure increases. Thats not to say that a little extra epoxy around the base on the outside wouldn't hurt though.

Second what? Threaded Shradr Valves, internal pressure sealing the valve, or epoxy doesn't hurt?

I use an air compressor, so I hook up quick disconnect fittings and not schraders.

id suggest putting the flared bit in the inside and silicone around it both inside and out.
