See the little symbol in the top left on the page saying BCarms.com?I'm sure you do,but you can buy stun guns from there and depending on the country your in they can take the internals out of the stun gun and then it only becomes a high voltage circuit which then can be shipped into your country.Simple.

use the spud wiki look up "flyback" and "ignition coil" they are both high voltage constant arc ignition systems that can be made with crap most people have in the garage (or local dump). every one knows that stun gun type circuits are way funner than piezo's. be careful with homemade high voltage stuff, it tends to catch fire mysteriously... i know from experience

BBQ igniters should be possible to find in a store specializing in .. well garden furniture and BBQs. They should be available as spares for the gas BBQs they sell.
Also, if you find a store specializing in bottled gas (heaters, BBQs, anti-weed flamethrowers, regulators...) they might have them.
