Hey guys, I think i've found the sweetest material ever, Teflon Sheet 8)
The sheet I use is only .3mm thick but can withstand around 70-80 P.S.I.
It's funny, you can put a disc in and fire at 0x (normal combustion) And the disc does'nt burst, it now looks like an old ww1 helmet!
Now put in two shots of fuel and CRACK! Works a real treat.

It should be good for at least 5x mixes

Now wheres that stungun.............

Peace
Scotty

The size of the discs are 1 1/4 inches in diameter (custom union)

70-80 psi is extremely un-useful without stating the size of your union.
A mylar burst disc bursts in a 2" union at about 70 psi, and in a 1/2" union it holds up to 130 psi.

Use plastic sandwich baggy's wich u can buy... like 100 for 40 euro cent fold them 3 times into a sqaure and they can hold 6.3 bar.. fold 4 times and it holds 7.9

very cheap and they burst very well into a almost perfect circle ..
Works great in a Camlock replace time is like 8 seconds. including folding
