If I did this right, im getting only 6.8 times at 100psi....kinda pointless lol. how the hell are people here running big guns off little tanks?
just to make sure i did this right, does this look correct?
P1 - 4500psi
V1 - 68ci
P2 - 100psi
V2 - 450ci
4500*68 = 306000
306000/100 = 3060
3060/450 ...

Air volume from tank to chamber
I hate math lol, so Im looking for a simple calculator or something similar to figure out, basically, how many shots i could get out of an tank of one size and pressure to a chamber of another.
Specifically for this project, how many fills can i get from a 68ci 4500 tank into a ~450ci chamber at ...

Well i looked at it a bit more. Its loose to the point it will fall out if i leave about 1/2" out of the t-fitting. If i push in that last 1/2" it still slides in easily, but actually takes a bit of force to turn the bushing inside the t-fitting. It is snug when in all the way, no gap, no wiggle. It ...

I am building a new cannon off a design ive had for a while. I got in a couple sch80 reducer bushings today as i couldnt find any 40s. The rest of the cannon is sch40 with a 2" sprinkler valve.
For the most part the sch 80 fittings fit fine, where im having a problem is on the 3" t-fitting. I have ...

i was thinking about this some more...my whole idea with using the hose and cam lock system with my compact gun design, was to allow for the sheer volume of air.
My big one for example has a lot of air behind it when it fires. If i did a HP tank with a line feeding the gun, i would still be at a ...

New here, my two cannons
So this one was my introduction into using sprinkler valves. I built it a couple years ago and found it worked best...with gumballs haha. I decided on the breech load system because it was just easier for faster firing. The barrel used to be longer but it unfortunately cracked a bit and i had to cut ...
