I thought about it, and decided that I am going to make my own stock. However, the design i had in mind requires a lot of interior cavities for parts such as the QEV and chamber. I believe that this would be extremely difficult to carve out of a block of wood. Any recommendations?

Help! I have a 1.5" pneumatic aluminum spud gun, but I think I screwed on the pipes a bit too tight... There are 3 threads left visible on the male threads and I'm scared it is too tight and will go BOOM in my hands. They are aluminum 1.5" pipes and fittings from mcmaster.com

I think I tightened one of my aluminum pipes too much, as there are only 3 visible pipe threads left. What happens when 1.5 inch aluminum pipe is over tightened or under tightened? Thanks.
