oh alright.

Do they need to have o-rings?

and ill probs cast one out of epoxy, but it will still be heavy.
Is it possible for it to crack? and whats the best way to attach the sealing face?

But none the less the barrel is circulat enough and is fairly accurate
(ive used it on a 1" Sprinkler valve with a 2" x 30cm PVC CHamber)

Hey, I cant upgrade to metal, it will remain Pressure PVC. Im using a sprinkler valve, actuated by a blow gun. I'd say my barel is excellent, marbles fit with about 1mm gap. Ok pics are up. I Think im going to keep the chamber the same size but maybe decrease barrel length to... hmmm lets say 50-60c...

The ignitor is on the bass of the cannon, attached to the screw lid.

I beleive it is not pressure rated, as i once read on a topic, how to tell the difference. LOOK at the pictures he posted, where the smaller side of the bell reducer connects to the pressure side of the sprinkler the valve, the socket is like 1cm deep. but lets not cause a huge debate about it.
