I`m planning to do my first hybrid cannon and I have a few question from it:

I will make 500ml chamber and is this good size: 5cm x 25cm?

And the second question , I am not sure but, must there be is chamber fan?

Thanks!

You may want to do a bit of research first Gunner, start with the Hybrid showcase.
May i ask what types of cannons you have built before?

And no, no fan.

DDT is very possible with that. I've never experienced DDT (not intentionally) but the research I've done suggests that a long, thin chamber is more prone to DDT than a short, fat one. What OD is the chamber?

In this case, I wouldn't be worried about DDT. I would be more worried if your chamber could even take the pressures of a hybrid. You mentioned the diameter and length, but not material. I also don't neccisarrily believe that you should be making a hybrid quite yet. If you were, you wouldn't of asked these questions. However, it is nice that you did ask because that shows you at least care.

Here is the chamber and the ignition box: http://www.aijaa.com/v.php?i=2470935.jpg

The chamber ID is 30mm and OD 32mm and I think that you can quess what material it is :D

not because the fuel is under pressure more because it will be mixed with the incomming air and the shot wont go until the disk burst's what so ever

Well , I will start with 2x mixes and then 3x and... but I put with my 12V compressor 18bar in that and after one hour the pressure was still same :).

Yeah I know but now some edit:

I made three shots without barrel: 1x,2x,3x and then it fired every time and the sound... it was like shotgun :D . I will soon buy the barrel and then the fun begins  .
