My new marker gun will be serviceable

Miniature guns are novelty custom, unique, and sometime downright crude! Common construction materials often include pill bottles or pens. Show us your work!

Well after so many repairs being made to pistons in my minis having to grind the gun open with a dremel
(kinda pissin me off) and marker guns generally not working I have decided I am going to make a seviceable marker gun.

fill side of shrader on hex side of threaded adapter. The socket where you would normally insert the copper pipe I cut off to make the gun shorter.

one of the best epoxt castings I have done is holding the barrel in it is really clear the cardboard I used that I made the epoxy plug with had smthing writen on it you can clearly read it through the epoxy.

Looking inside of the marker gun 5mm barrel is nice and strait.

Piston is made out of a small plastic thread spool with the thread on it filled with epoxy wrapped with electrical tape to fit type m copper pipe the pipe used it the gun, and a sealing face super glued to the top of the piston.

Edit forgot the pic of the barrel the widder part on the left of the barrel is 6mm aluminum this is used so the .5mm wall thickness of the 5mm aluminum won't slice into the sealling face

I like it, you should house it in an actual marker

I found the fitting I wanted 1/2'' female adapter.
unfortunatly the gun is a bit longer than the largest marker I could find.
And JSR epoxy is the best thing for strength but when the piston breaks the whole gun is useless if you can't fix it That is the reason why I made the gun serviceable that was probably aparent.

Pretty nifty little unit there. I assume you'll fire by piloting through the schrader. What did you have in mind to trigger it?
