help my cannon broke
i leaned my cannon up against a door that opens to the outside, the wind blew the door open and my cannon fell out, the door then shut and broke my 3" to 2" connector, is there any way that i can get the glue off and replace it, or do i have to build a new gun.

Is it pvc? You can cut the connector off and replace it with a new one of course that would shorten your chamber. I dont think there is any "glue off" or anything that can take off pvc because what pvc cement does is it kind of welds the two pieces together.

no actually pvc solvent (primer) softens the plastic to prepare and clean the surface for CEMENT which is what chemically welds the two pieces together.sergeantspud2 wrote:Is it pvc? the only hope for the cannon is to cut it and cement a new fitting on it, making the chamber shorter, which may hinder performance depending on its size and the barrel
edit: oh and pvc primer will weaken fittings that are solvent welded (especially smaller pieces) so it is kinda a good idea not to get primer all over your small air cannon fittings, however it you probably have a combustion cannon right? 3" fittings probably wont pop off if you hit it with a ton of primer although its still not safe to even try it so just make a new cannon dude
