Camer Flash Circuit, Stun gun?

If I were to take a stun gun attach wores to it with alligator clips on the end, and put steel wool on the end, would it have the same effect as it would with a Camera Flash circuit?

No, I don't think so.
Camera flash circuits can put out many dozens of amps, but Stunguns are just pulsed voltage, with very little current.
It's the current that will heat up the wool, not the voltage.
