What's the legality of potato guns, because I've been having an argument and I can't find the legality of them in Ohio. If you can help me find a site or something, that would be great. Thanks.

as far as i know there have been no national or state laws against them, some cities may have bans on them however, check local laws

I agree with spudshot, it's up to athorities haveing juresdiction. Don't ask a cop, they go by thier own inturpatation of the law. A good place to check is with your citys circurt court clerk, they could probly look it up and read it to you rite from the law books. I've been to my citys circut court clerk to get my business permit, i seen all the refernce books they have. Good luck.
