I found finding rounds for a small barrel, like 1in for example, is difficult unless yuo can make them yourself. That seemed to be a bit of a pain so I introduce to you a "slicer."

It is a piece of PVC (same size as barrel) and like a mussle knife, you sharpen the inside only. Hence, when you press it against a potato (for example again) it is cut to shape to fit the barrel perfectly.

This especially came in handy with my breech loading design to fit inside the breech easily.

yeah I have this same feature built into the muzzle of mine for muzzle loading and something similar for breech loading. as far a precutting ammo i'm not a big fan for the sake of messiness even though cutting as you load isn't really any cleaner.
Yea, that's definitely going to get you at least a tazer.

I don't care for the messiness either, but this is what I use to eliminate muzzle loading. I have a breech loading cannon and this just makes it easier for me.

You'd have to be pretty careful because you're pressing your finger close to the muzzle knife. With the design for pre-cutting you could simply push it down on the potato or ammo material.

The way I do it? Put a potato on top of the barrel, and then stomp on it, or whack it in there. tight seal :D

Modderxtrodanare-No, it's a seperate piece off the cannon. I use the same size as the barrel, in fact the "slicer" came from extra pvc that I needed cut off from the barrel.
You cut a "potato" with it so then you can fit it into the cannon more easily regardless if it's breech loading or not.

Haithar- Well I use this because (like Ive mentioned before), is becasue I have a breech loading cannon, and finding a round to fit can be a headache, and why load it from the front of the barrel and have the breech design?

And yes, we have invented the wheel for the 419th time.

BTW, you usually sharpen both the inside and the outside of a muzzle knife / spud cutter.
