Piston: Cast Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
Is that a posh way of saying "hot glue" pfffft
I like the redesign, perhaps a more comfortable bolt handle is in order though

The only thing I'd change about it is reduce the fill/pilot T to 1/4" instead of the larger T (1/2"?), then the bushings to the blowgun and schrader. Much less cash to dish out, along with a smaller pilot volume.

Cool! But, um, couldn't you have thought of something less ghetto than a screw for a bolt handle? Maybe a metal tent stake?

well obviously it holds more pressure and looks cool it is also not sensitive to solvents and stuff like pvc and is less shock resistant.

S.P.E.C.S update mk 1 construction begining in febuary all the maths for it are done plans are drawn up and parts are listed.

copper is a better building material, in my opinion. its stronger and safer. it also looks much better, but it is much more expencive.
you can use either one, its up to you. try to get type M, its thicker than type L, L or M works fine, but M it thicker and therefore safer.
the other drawback to copper is that it requires more skill to put together, but any dedicated novice can do it.

How did I not see this?
It looks great, nice job, personally I would've kept the blow gun how it was but black works.
