By test I mean I wrapped the fan in duct tape and then duct taped it to my current fan rig and it worked just fine no problems.

So what you are saying is a: the fan works or b: the fan works and it does not ignite the fuel?

Stupid question but how would you mount the motor to the Chamber?

well me i would go to office depot and depending on how big your chamber is get the right size fan, like my 4" has a 80mm fan and i took the angle grinder with a skinny wheel on it and zipped off the corners so that is slides perfectly in the chamber and it just kind of free floats in there using the scrader valve as a forward stop, it just kind of lodges itself in there nicely
