Well this is my present to myself.
Basically the same as the spudgun I made for my mate Nic, but I did change a couple of things.
Changes:
Piston is lathed from M20 Aluminium Rod and has an o-ring on it.
I knew that the 1/2" QEV was overkill so I replaced it with a 1/4" one.
I used proper 1/4" fittings for the fill and trigger setup because I originally used an 8mm compression tee.
The solder job, I think everyone would agree that it's nicer.
Longer barrel and chamber.
Added a breech-loader.

Specs:
1.7m x 15mm Barrel
1.2m x 22mm Chamber
Breech-Loader
20mm Barrel Sealing Piston
Housed in a 22mm x 15mm x 22mm reduced solder-ring tee.
Piloted by a 1/4" QEV
Piloted by a 1/4" Blowgun (soon to be modded)

And yes, I do realise that there are zip ties on it, but I ran out of Jubilee Clips.

loos great. Have you fired it yet? I think the bunched up sealing face may snag up though. Also seems like you get a face full of air from the pilot. Are those 1/2 ball bearing?

Yup, I've fired it and it's brilliant, I'll stick up a video and some damage shots before long.
The sealing face doesn't seem to snag at all, the fact that it's greased to buggery helps it slip by.
Yeah, I do get a face full of air, but I always find it quite refreshing.
No, the ball bearings are 3/8" so they need a bit of wadding around them.

wow what a beauty! the only thing i would change is the gap between the breach loader and piston as if it were close it would have better performance because i effect you are shortening your barrel to ~150cm  and i'm sure someone will pont out the 'excessive' pilot volume i will refrain because it makes the gun look better  and what pressure do you use it and? have you managed to hook up you PCP rifle pump?

The gap is there because it's ergonomical whilst laying down.
Again, the pilot volume is larger thasn I would normally go for, but with the use of a modified blowgun, which I mentioned in the first post, it could vent very quickly indeed, not that it's lacking in power at the moment anyway.
I use it at 120psi, basically because I don't really need more than that to do what I want with it.
Id never pump it up with my PCP Air Rifle pump, only because I've got a perfectly good track pump capable of 160psi.

Slightly off topic:
ALIHISGREAT, when do you hope to be posting any of your cannons on the tinternet, I havn't seen any yet..
