Metal BB at 200 fps.. Is it lethal?

Off topic: An Inline vortex bbmg that shoots steel bb's are very effective against "small things" :twisted:

Now all i know is that i used a 20$ daisy spring powered rifle(crap). i killed a bird from about 9ft away i just aimed for the face since i knew the bb wouldnt penetrate to the heart.

i did not see that rule and i should have seen it. However i found it relevent and it ansered his question. Had i seen or read that rule i would have not ansered in such a way.
