Leaking burst disk

I made my mini hybrid and everything works execpt that the union keeps leakeing past the seat of the disk, i have tried everything and nothin worked. It is a metal gun, do you think that i should get a plastic one? thx

I'v heard that metal unions tend not to seal properly because of the angled sealing surfaces. What are you using as a burst disk... perhaps you could try a "soft" - like a peice of soda bottle.

I was useing soda cans and a peice of a plastic cap from a FEDEX tube, ill try the soda bottle in the moring thanks.

get yourself a set of cam-lock fittings instead

A small ring of silicon?You would have to wait for it to dry and remove the excess after each shot,might work but it would suck...
