What's the spec's on this mini your making?

3/4 inch by 9 in inch chamber
3/4 housing just under 3/4 porting
Blowgun exhaust
piston design I haven't seen before that should lower pilot volume and add reliability.
If I can use the Lathe today then 'll post some pics of the piston, its hard to explain.
oh and all the parts are iron or steel.

If you have access to a lathe, try and make yaself a solid machined piston out of solid rubber. I found a rubber cork at my local pool shit place (sorry, don't know what else to call it....) But it's just piece of mind knowing that you have no chance of blowing the sealing face out the barrel at high pressure
