Ok. My Lowes doesn't carry pvc above 1" or so. I need a source of 4"+ pvc for a project I'm doing. Anyone know a source near Stockton CA?

If you're willing to drive around Livermore, there's a nice Homedepot.

Also OSH sells a variety of PVC pipes

It's really hard to believe that all three Lowes (two in Stockton and one in Lodi)don't stock PVC over 1". Had you said pressure-rated PVC over 2" I might have believed it. You never went into detail so I became skeptical and since cynical. :?

I personally go with OSH for all my PVC needs. They are especially good in California since we need the irrigation. Finding pipe in CA shouldn't be too hard.

You shouldn't be talking about posting stupid things. On topic Mcmaster has a Cali warehouse, as for selection, they stock 8 inch PVC

Yes, but McMaster will sodomize you with that stick of 8" PVC price-wise.

I'd recommend looking up any irrigation/farm supply companies in your area. They will likely have some very good stocks of fittings and pipes. Hell, the one by me stocks 20' lengths of 1 1/2" SDR 21, 3" sprinkler valves, and fittings up to 12" (SCH-80 and 40)
