This is an updated version of an old gun. not sure how far it shoots but two tanks at 100 psi. each 2" by 19" and a 1" solenoid valve. should shoot pretty far, hopefully. kinda reminds me of the covenant carbine(for all the halo guys).

looks like it makes a loud boom. I would bet money that a longer barrel would make it more powerfull.
Even with all the primer stains, looks fun to shoot.

yah i want to get a longer one. my friend who helped me said that he has a long 1" PVC so i will go get that tomorrow. BTW "C" cell batteries work amazing in 1" tube :-)

also is someone available to explain how to do the modification to the solenoid. with the valve like this one.

the valve modification is easy. just search the forums and you will come across something like this:

batteries do make awesome ammo. I have a half inch barrel that fits AA batteries perfectly and they do some awesome damage.

Yeah, I put a c with a few layers of tape a few hundred yards down my street. My neighbors are so damn oblivious to loud noises!

job well done.

yes, a longer barrel would do you wonders, and a paint job wouldn't hurt either 8)

cool, so i will put a longer barrel on it. i think that will make it balance better with the two tanks.

on the solenoid mod, in the instructions it has a metal 90 degree tube fitting. could i just put a valve right there?

thanks for the replys more pics soon

My friend is coming up with a design quite like yours, but with 3 chambers, and a ball valve on each, not for firing, but so he can use multiple shots, i.e. close 2 open 1 and shoot, then close the one that you fired, open a closed one, and leave the other the same as it was.
