Someone please help me upload photo...

Well i have spent too long on this to give up. I have gotten my photo for my really cool design onto imageshack, but i didn't see any code. i used the info e-mailed to me forums, friends, direct addresses. which one do I use when i attach it to new topic? what keys do I enter on that screen? I have searched, read many instructions here for hours already... it's o.k. laugh but I need some advice. my design will be worth your reply, thanks
