This is my first combustion cannon because my dad thinks anything that has flammability will exploded and kill me :x. Anyway this is made from and old airsoft quickfeeder and vitamin C pills containers and a old airsoft barrel. And a bunch of duct tape :D

I saw the words "duct tape" and though "ghetto". But this is actually quite nice.

Fuel? Ignition?

Why not get your dad to help you build a larger one? He will enjoy that.

ok i showed my dad it and explained it was safe and he thought it was sweet.(and not to tell mom about it lol). i use my moms Dove Unsceneted hairspray as a fuel and a ignitor from a old lighter. i soldered on some longer wires and attached em to pins and put em in close enough to get a arc. cant get a good pic of that though.

A different fuel? Sure there is. I put my new mini in the showcase, its just a little bit down the page from yours. Its the "SBP Mini" I use just plain ole' butane on mine. Just remember that butane is heavier than air, so when you fuel it do it in such a way as the butane will fall...for lack of a better term, into your chamber. I think you will get a power increase too.

I think your safe, for now... The largest 6mm bb shooter I've made has a 20oz gatorade bottle as the chamber. The angry hiss scarred me so much that I bound it fishing line to make it more rigid. But for a while I was firing without any support. It expands like crazy but it never went off on me.
