propane fill question...

I have 1" sch 40 pipe rated to 450psi (46"chamber).

I know that propane comes out at around 130-150psi and the can it's stored in (the small ones for torches) is only rated to between 3-400 psi.

My question is if my valve filling the pipe got stuck open, would it burst the pipe?

Propane is more commenly around 90-120psi, but yeah if the pipe is rated for 450psi, it defintely wont blow at 150psi.

The reason I want to know is so I can build a test model of what myself and JSR discussed here:

I Want to perfect a concept of auto-refill and use solenoid valves controlled electronically.
But I don't really trust my electric switch device.

I call it a thunderswitch.
I would really like to test it out using a cheaper model and by using propane instead of Co2 and using parts I can perfect it for easier.

Oh okay, well 150psi should be perfectly fine in that chamber.
