My New Guns...Finished! :D

I'm building another coaxial, This ones gunna be real small and light. All I have to do is glue it together which I will probably finish tomorrow, It's about 50cm long with a PN18 40cm 25mm chamber, PN18 40cm 15mm barrel and 1/2 inch ball valve as the pilot. The piston is a 15mm coupler sanded a bit and filled with hot glue, It has a neoprene sealing face and some neoprene curled into a cylinder on the back as the bumper. The cap has an elbow tire valve off a wheelbarrow epoxied into it and inside has some stacked neoprene for the pistons bumper to hit. The C:B ratio is about 0.7:1 so should be quick to fill but still do some damage.

I'm also changing my old 50x15 piston gun, its ratio was 5.5:1 so it wasted a lot of air. I'm chopping it at the reducer and chucking a long 25mm barrel on instead, should be a lot quicker to pump and more efficient.

Finished Just need to paint them, They both seal at low pressure and Ive shot them both at 20PSI so far

wow your using the same fill valve i was going to use on my next gun! but mines from a scooter wheel and it has a nut on one side and a bit of the inner tube on the other for sealing

Also when are you starting your new GB gun? or havnt you found the pipe that fits a GB nicely yet?

Dun worry man they dont even sell DWV where I got this stuff, You can spot DWV reducers easy cos theyre a bit different colour and are paper thin, the reason I use bell reducers, is because they seem to be easier to find than reducing bushings. All the stuff on all my guns is PN18 which is heaps stronger than SCH40 closer to SCH80, although PN18 reffers to 18 bar not the PVC wall thickness like SCH.

I lost the brush for the primer that explains the stains but I'll paint them nice and black, put this strong as green laser on the small one then put them in the pneumatic showcase 8)

Paints still a bit wet but theyr done 8) Theres a bit on the small one to fit my high powered laser.
