cynics... this is about a good laugh, not to nitpick. These internet stories are about a good laugh- like a movie or a sitcom. Leave it at that.

In that sense- you've got to admit, this is a pretty funny story!

My sentiments exactly willard. I thought it was pretty funny, not because I thought it was real, but because it was just funny. That's it.

That's true. I'm pretty sure this was just fictional, but it was definitely a good laugh and my technicians got a kick out of it :)

However, if she called the main line (and not 911), the vast majority of phones in police offices which have a caller ID display only display a phone number and not a name. If they wanted to confirm the address and what-not, they'd have to do a reverse lookup on the phone number to get the person's name. The likelyhood of that... Well, honestly I could not say.

Okay, I'm overanalyzing this, it's just a story *facepalm against self*!
