Apparently its the year of the potato: http://www.kqed.org/epArchive/R803141000
I haven't actually listened to the podcasts, but it could be interesting. I say we celebrate by shooting some big holes with some genuine grade A extra large spuds!

Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;
Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come;
Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

On a completely tangential note, Crowley, I see you've watched Revolver

Wadda ya think? Like it? Loads of Guy Ritchie fans don't, but personally I do, it's filmed his classic style and it makes me keep coming back. It's a good thinker, and portrays life well.

To be honest I wasn't *that* enthusiastic about it, there was too much Fight Club thrown in - which should be a good thing, but it wasn't merged very well. Enjoyable film, no doubt, but not as good as his other work.

Yeah not as good as LSATSB and Snatch, but it was very different. It borrowed a few things from different movies, most notably The Usual Suspects and Fight CLub, but I enjoy it nonetheless.
7.3/10 IMO.

In all fairness I wasn't really focusing on it either, I watched it on DVD when it came out - problem was I watched it with the then g/f, so I must have missed a good 47% of it at least

Depends on your gf...
With the right (or wrong) gf you will miss 97% when watching it in bed.
