No not necessarily. My point was if you go out for an extended afternoon of shooting, your 9v fan batteries will be groaning after an hour or so, needing replacement. Ahh ok well that makes sense. My cannon has the room to carry the charger, rc batteries, and spare 9vs in case I'm especially mad at the potatos that day
