WOOD combustion v.2 yeah, you heard me...again

Boom! The classic potato gun harnesses the combustion of flammable vapor.

Your power issue is probably due to the size of that chamber(its pretty small) if you ever decide to make another I would suggest bigger chamber and barrel. But still very nice work nice to see alternatives to pvc and abs.

thanks guys, but for some reason, every time i shoot it, it gets more powerful, i fired it a couple times today, and the pellet bounced off my across-the-street neighbors garage with enough energy left to bounce half-way back across the street, so previous power assumptions are... i don't know, but it seems pretty strong for the inadequate C:B ratio, it's inaccurate, but if you got hit it'd probably sting pretty bad

Could you bring some numbers or a calculation with you?

Being the spray-and-pray that it is, you'll probably get wide swings in performance especially with the relatively small chamber you have there...just hard to nail the right amount of fuel each time.

I still like it...any burning wood smell yet?..

it's a combination of wood and static gaurd, so it's quite an interesting smell

Could you define "interesting"?
