I grew up around farms, often helped with many of the activities....nothing present day however. The far chicken house at my Grandad's farm now serves as one of the spudding targets there....:)

I live on a small farm. It's six acres, but we specialize in alternative growing methods and such. Check our website: http://www.fastonline.org

Is a farm one of those places where they grow porkchops and chickenwings, run by crude fat-bellied men smelling like cowdung when they talk?? :D

Then no..
Sorry

I live amongst them now though.

I don't live on a farm (I would like to some day) but I do work on a farm on the weekends and after school during the week.

It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.

Do you raise any livestock?

Why do you ask? I'm conducting a experiment. (I will explain later).

If you raised a crop of hops last season, and your going to next growing season, you are a active farmer, IMO.

I'm more interested in live stock at the monment. What kind.
