I honestly don't think anyone should use these forums for their base information- that's what the wiki is for.

The forums are for answering questions pertaining to specific details, not "how dos I build teh spudguns lolz".

All of my plumber friends swear by red hot blue glue because it has the glue and primer in one can. This I know is true but our method of separating...

Hello, I was wondering...is there any other way to join copper besides using solder? This will probably make me look retarded, but...would PVC primer...

Welding copper is way way easy, and the kit to do it costs less than $20us. The blue propane bottles you see all over this site are blow torch...

I was at Home Depot the other day buying fittings and a guy who worked there told me the way to join 1'' elbows is with a 3/4'' coupling. I bought it...

i just bought a cheap qev and slide valve off ebay. I think i made the mistake of buying the one of the cheapest ones i could find to handle the...

The QEV is probably 3/8 BSP.

I think the easiest solution is to buy a QEV that matches, these should have 1/4 BSP threads:
