Here is my finished 3 Barrel Grenade Launcher! It fires the preloaded cartridges that I made. The barrels rotate, It has a g36 stock, wood furniture, 1911 Pistol Grip, and a rotating barrel assembly. The barrels are 2 Inch barrels with 1.25" Preloaded cartridges. It fires off a co2 inflator on the field and overall I'm very happy with the outcome.

So Plz Tell me what you think!

lol pizlo if you look at my preloaded cartridge design you would understand.
Valves are burst disks and actually the lack of weight of the cartridges being removed/fired actually rotates the barrels. I can however rotate the barrels manually if I wanted to.
Soo sweet! How did you get the whole fill mechanism to work, with the rotating barrels, Does the rotation itself lock the fill onto the schrader valve, or do you have to push it in or what?

Awsome job man, one of the nicest, cleanest, and simplest guns on the site. one thing though, where is the co2 inflator? And do you just push the cartrirge onto the inflator, or do the cartriges just lock in place? If you dont mind, I think I will make this sometime this summer(just in a WAY smaller caliber, like say 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch.)

The inflator is currently not attached to the gun. I have been thinking about making some sort of modular setup so I can use it for multiple guns. So for now I am just going to keep it in my hand.

Ok, but when you do get it attached, how will you fill the cartriges?, will it be by the 1911 pistol grip trigger?

You press the inflator to the back of the cartridges. It will either be a front fore grip or a side grip of some kind. Just right now im also making a grenade launcher attachment for my FN2000 so I wanna keep it modular.

how do you keep the cart from being pushed out when you are filling it? can you give us a picture of the gun with a cart in it?

the pop rivets at the end of the barrels to keep the barrels attacked to the center piece is just high enough to stop the shells. Besides the shells are a nice fit and there is some minor friction that keeps them from sliding forward or backwards... but to answer your question the pop rivets are what hold the shell from being pushed out. they do not block any projectile from being fired though.
i want it to be pretty short , and the highest psi i can go to is 125. i was thinking burst disk was the way to go but if anybody has any suggestions...
