Yeah that's a nice looking gun Frank. With a nice fitting piston, you'll get some good power from her as well as some good accuracy. As far as accessories go, definately a detatchable silencer, you'll need it!

Really nice gun there Frank! Unique coax layout there, very functional and ergonomic. Putting it in my fav list...makes me want to build one like it..

How did you connect the front elbow to the tank?

Oh its not connected its there just for looks

Another thing you could do for looks is where you added that 90 degree elbow, replace it with a "T" fitting, and add a pipe and an endcap to the "T" as a handle.

A silencer has been built, and I bought a vertical grip for a handle to use

Weaver rails have been mounted on the cannon in various places, and a red dot has been installed along with a vertical grip.

A new piston has been ordered from mcmaster, this time made from solid 1.5" solid pvc round stock

Pictures will be up tomorrow.

looking at your bergle's cannon design, how did you properly seal the bushings from the chamber to the barrel? I have made this design 3 times, and every time, the f'ing thing leaks at the bushings between the barrel and the chamber!

did yours break, (maybe mark one or two)

Never had a leak. I usually just make sure to do the 1/4 turn. Make sure to use plenty of glue and you might have to apply, pull out and push in while turning to make sure that the modified busshing gets glue in it.
If it still leaks I would throw some jb weld along the seam

UPDATE:
PVC rod has arrived in the mail, neopreme has been epoxied on and should be ready tommorow
