semi-automatic breech loading airsoft rifle (BLAIR wasnt that the name of a premier?)
This is going to my summer vacation project, i have a new super "lathe" and some other tools. I'm going to build it ant-style, so I can save some money for euhh.... mynext gun :D .

The valve of the gun is based off a blow-forward valve, the piston is connected to a rod that open or closes the breech. So far it's the most simple gun I ever build , thats probably why it is working :D . I have made a simple diagram I will make a detailed later :!: .

I made the valve, the valve housing. currently working on the part that connects the breech loading to the valve outlet. I really like the part of the moving bolt, makes the gun very realistic 8) .

Which exactly is the diagram of what you intend to build? Some detailed captions would be helpful ;)

It could be worse - he could be making a High Inductance Tail Levelled Electromagnetic Rifle or maybe something like a Gas Worked Burstdisc Underlever Steel Hybrid.

:P
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

GiGlE GiGlE that is a good design that you have I am guessing it isn't to scale? somthing about the breach? Never mind.
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

Hum... s'cuse the silly question, but i dont see the bolt that block air from going into the magazine tube, where is it on the diagram?

When i trigger the valve, the air pushes the bolt forward. when it has reached the hole that is connected to the breech the air will flow into the breech, because there is no more force on the bolt from the air. The spring pushes the bolt back and tadaa ready to cycle again.

Yup, makes sense. I was just taking as granted that there is a bolt that blocks the magazine when air flows into the barrel, just like in many blow forward design. But i guess you must just let the air get into the magazine and not care because it's sealed by a cap.
