I don't have any suggestions to fix the bending while leaving aesthetics intact , but you could try taping a piece of wood to the barrel parallel to it. Honestly, I don't think the bending will do much to affect power, and any loss WILL be made up for by the longer barrel. If you are using spherical projectiles, it may even boost range by imparting backspin, like the hop-up on an airsoft gun.

I am not overly familiar with pneumatics, but your velocity will increase substantially. I tried running the numbers, and doubling length from 3 to 6ft may double the muzzle energy. That figure will be more if I underestimated your valve(probable).
Again I am not a pneumatics expert, but with combustion, a longer barrel is almost always better.

Im not worried about bending affecting power. I know it wont. Its just nothing i shoot will go straight with a bent barrel. And yes usually a longer barrel is better but after so long it actually loses power. If you make it too long it will have to use most of its force just pushing the projectile up the barrel.

To stiffen things up you could always pop some via*ahem* sleeve the barrel with a length of larger diameter pipe. A few holes in the muzzle end of the barrel and you have yourself an integral suppressor as a bonus ;)
