I saw one of these at Costco. It would make a great pneumatic don't you think? There's some powerful ones with like 5000psi.

you cant use it to directly pump air, you can make a piston inside a strong pipe, one side will be water at xxx-psi, the other will air at xxx-psi

Build a huge water rocket and power it with the presure washer, you could probly tag the space station with one that strong, lol.
