I am concerned about the pressure rating. I tried to contact the gentleman in the picture but had no success.

Do you mean a camlock? Thats what connecting the barrel to the chamber in the picture you linked to.
If so, then the answer is yes. Most recent cannon I can think of is starman's Triple Thunder burst disk noise cannons.

Yep, they work awesome! I used them here. Makes a great burst disk adapter.
The plastic ones are rated at 150 psi, the metal ones 250 psi. I got my plastic ones locally at Northern Hardware and ordered some metal ones from McMaster.

The guys "name" is boogieman and has been unactive for a long period of time now. Try you local tractor supply for camlocks.
