I'm starting a paintball team what are some things that i should know. I have recruited many 13-15 year olds.

You can continue to ask for help here from our resident paintballers, but I do recommend you at least ask for help on a dedicated paintball forum.

The most important and effective tactic in paintball is to, and you'll understand, few people have ever been told this...

More seriously, tactics depends on what type of PB you're playing, how many people you've got and what piece of machinery each of them have in their hands.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Right. Basically, in order to start a team, you have to really know what you're doing. An more than just knowing, you have to be able to execute. And that can only be gained by experience.

At least, that's if you want to have a successful team. If you just want a bunch of guys to go to the field and have fun, that's a whole 'nother story.
