I want to sell spudguns on ebay
And i wanna know if its legal or no to sell them
It will be an small inline 1 inchx12 inch barrel and chamber with an simple brass ball valve.
Will it be more legal if i put an safety pop-up valve?
Ebay spudgun selling
Depends entirely on the country on whether spudgun sales are illegal, although I believe Ebay will not sell anything that could fit even the loosest definition of "firearm" - they won't allow air rifles on it in the UK, I don't know about other countries.
You are Canadian, right? Given what I know about Canadian law, I wouldn't chance an attempted sale, given that the typical spudgun is only a hair more legal over there than it is in the UK - best not to draw too much attention.

Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
If you can sell firearms in your country on ebay, then yes.
If you are allowed to sell air rifles, maybe, but probably not spudguns.
Its not a wise thing to do anyways.
Sell some guns to friends, and thats about it.

iv seen potato guns on e bay before im sure it would be ok
There's about half a dozen spud guns on ebay at the moment.
If they're of dubious or illegal status where you live then forget it.

I would not recommend it !!! There are a lot of mental people out there!! I sold some stuff and now im been prosecuted.. All for some dumb $hit!! I would have to say, talk to lawer for input on the issue. Than let him or her suggest a way for you to sell.. I don't want to see someone else getting phucked over!!!
If it's of dubious legality, don't try to sell it online, especially on eBay. It might be successful, or you might get wakened up by some unwanted visitors at 3 in the morning one day...
And nivaketoz, I really have to ask, what the hell where you trying to sell that you're getting prosecuted for?

Man, why bother selling the cannon when you can sell the highly complicated, super secret plans, and charge $8:

F*cking serious business.
I wouldn't get into the business of selling spudguns. Too much liability. You can rant and rave all you want in your documentation about how you can't be held liable, they can sign an agreement saying they won't, swear on the bible, set their only child as collateral, but it all doesn't matter a damn. They'll sue you anyways. Liability agreements don't mean anything.
