I didn'y look into my chamber... I had flooded my chamber with too much gas and I stood far enough away just to spark my lantern igniter and it shoot out of some hole in my ABS Female adapter... it burnt a hole %100 through the ABS glue and got me somehow, I'm very cautious when I work with combustions and I think I'll just through my ABS one away because I don't trust it so much anymore....

Just try to find an end cap that fits reasonably well. Copper or PVC, if it doesn't fit that good just wrap duck tape around it (or be smart and use o-rings)
