Wow that is absolutely awesome. Too bad they used DWV pipe fittings. It just goes to show there are tons off ways to use potato guns. "I challenge them to make them curly" hahaha

Sorry to burst your bubble guys, but I can think of much more practical ways to automate french fry making, a pneumatic ram comes to mind.

Nonetheless, it's a pretty cool invention...I guess you can get away with DWV at these pressures.

I've speculated on doing this for years, but my ideas all involved shooting the oil in a sabot infront of the potato and having it catch fire as it flew... but shoot for the moon eh?

if I owned a reastaurant I would have a big air cannon in the back of the dining room to fire steaks at a wall so customers could pay like 5 bucks extra to have their steak "cannon tenderized" (yes I know this was done on mythbusters)

By the way, Zaria, I'd have to say I have a 1-up on your gun there. (2-up, actually.) When I shoot ESP, I use an STI Eagle 5.0 double stack. When I shoot .45, I shoot a Thunder Ranch stainless 1911.

Good stuff. I like STI's, although a single-stack fits my hand better.
I shoot some IDPA, but no ESP.

If I may ask, do you have a concealed carry permit?
