Propane Bottle Adapter

A recent topic about threading propane torch nozzles, so that you can use them for a meter-pipe assembly, led me on a grueling Google search today;

I have, for years now, used what a lot of companies will simply call a "Coleman Adapter". This brass adapter threads directly onto a 16.4 oz. disposable propane bottle and has a 1/4"NPT Male fitting on the other end.

So far, this is the first company on the internet that I found, that has this adapter, as well as a good picture of it:

Well, not be a stickler, but bcarms has this. I use this on my current propane tank. Works great.

Mr Heater also packages these...Northern Hardware in my location has them.

Can't find it on their webpage, but the local Ace Hardware has right next to the Coleman stoves.

Yeah I didn't see it at the website either ...the local store here has them on the shelf though. It's part number F273754.

There's also this little sucker that lets you connect anything with a small-bottle connector to a full-size cylinder.
