Multi chamber cannon examples

What are cannons that are good examples of multi chamber pneumatic cannon designs? (There is a difference between finding different cannons with multiple chambers, and finding good, reliable designs)

Weight, space, bit more cash, probably totally redundant in actual use...

Precharged cartridges yes
Valve trickery to get multiple shots from high pressure yes
Faster recharging of a single chamber with a large precharged chamber yes

Multiple permanent chambers... no


Still, if you insist.

I recall by design but not name at least one large bore launcher which had two independently valved over-under style chambers which could be fired in unison or separately.

That is about as practical as it gets though, it doesn't need to be moved much and you can get two just under half power shots or one full power shot.

No, I am looking for good examples of good designs

Not talking about independent valves, etc. just having multiple chambers rather than one really long piece of pvc..... guess it is actually still just one chamber even if it is multiple lengths of pvc.....

Otherwise it's pretty much just making an over-under cannon with two chambers like that of SWAT. COuld you give us some examples of what you are looking for?

Well that's a standard model for large bore cannons, a U shaped chamber assembly under the barrel instead of a straight one.

There's no requirement for a basic two pipe over-under, you can shape the chamber into whatever, even a stock if you're that way inclined.

Yeah, I'm hoping jared can narrow down the design a little bit to at least barrel and chamber size so we can recommend suitable designs.

Like you say, you can really have any design for a chamber but the size of the cannon is a large contributing factor to it's design.
