Sprinkler Valve Sizes

Hey i was wondering what the smallest size sprinkler valves come in and if they make them in 1/2".

I have never seen one. Maybe a 1/2 inch qev.

You can get 1/2" solenoid valve that look like this:

They probably can take 300 PSI safely, only thing is they are harder to modify and cost more.

I saw 1/2" solenoids in a store (fair price for aus also) but they weren't threaded, but instead had hose barbs.
