A DDoS would result in non-loading pages from overloaded servers and overcrowded network lines, not false malware alerts. Google has too many servers spread out in different countries to serve different regions to get DDoS'ed anyways, when you visit www.google.com it directs you to the best server near you... take one out and it will go to another one.
