Your pipe is Primed and glued on right? not taped?

If it is primed and glued then nice looking gun but whats the tape for.

If the tape holds it together then umm you should primer and glue the pipe together.

yes it's all glued and taped.
the tape is the most for the igniter.
the igniter is almost glued.

It looks cool. What does it shoot? And what do you use for fuel?

I like it, its simple and non show-offy, without the tape and just gluing the ignition on it, it would look slick. I don't know why, but I love the off blue-gray of electrical conduit, its a nice gun, I wouldn't paint it.

I love how small it is. What do you use for an ignitor?

He's already using a piezoelectric ignition. A BBQ sparker will just have a longer life, but at a guess he may mount it in the chamber, drastically shortening it's life. Cool gun.

hardware stores almost always have them, just look in the grill section, with the barbecue fittings, spatulas and all that.
