Hello fellow makers,
I just built a t-shirt cannon using a design from Make: Magazine for my school pep assemblies. I'm trying to come up with a design that can shoot multiple t-shirts with one pump of the tank.
I had a multi-tank system with a ball valve for each tank, but the system would be complicated to explain to officials who would be use it. The operator would have to open both valves when pumping, then close them, then open one and launch. then close and open other, launch again. Is there a simpler design?
I uploaded a picture of my design.

Okay I looked up compressed air regulators. If I read correctly, they limit the output pressure at fixed or variable levels. My only concern is my current prototype (only has one tank) is being used with only 50-60psi. Would limiting output to 40 leave enough air in dual tank design for two shots?
