Ok I tore apart a monitor and found two brushless motors. One is about a inch and a hafl wide and the other is 3 inches. The Smaller chamber fan went inside of the end cap. The 3 inch fan wouldnt fit even with extensive dremmeling, what and where is the biggest fan you can use in a 3 inch chamber ?
Thanks
Chamber Fan ???

The Pythagorean theorem, as learned in high school, will immediately tell you what fans are suitable for use in a 3" chamber, and which ones aren't.

Rob748, this isn't a chat room. You expected someone to respond within 29 minutes of your post?
As to the fan...
Do you really want the biggest fan that'll fit in the chamber?
A big fan will vent quicker than a small fan, but, a big fan will probably generate less turbulance during firing than a small fan.
Given that even a small fan will ventilate a standard size combustion gun in nothing flat why even try to jam a large fan in?

Does that stand for: "Use The Fkin Search Engine"?
Well, any fan just a bit smaller then the 3 inch one, ofcourse! The 3 inch fan wouldnt fit even with extensive dremmeling, what and where is the biggest fan you can use in a 3 inch chamber ?

I think confusion arises because PC fans are measured in LengthxWidth (sometimes depth too). A 3"x3" chamber fan will have a length from one corner to another of 4.24", thus not being suitable for a 3" dia. chamber.

Or use calipers. Most spudders can't live without em.
