i'm reading the right one, it says psi "red" and the black one says bar.

With two scales you can indeed never be wrong (or you gotta be a real idiot).

Did you make any progress yet?
What happens if you pump without even connecting the hose?

Just replace the hose,simple.If that doesn't fix the problem then you've got something else going on.See if you can get hold of some Car brake lines,they are rated to thousands of PSI in pressure and would be great fit off a small compressor line like in a air conditioning compressor.
