do you mean it would load multiple pellets per cycle?
in case you do, no because the pellet underneat will prevent the next pellet from coming down

maybe using a cone to push them forward can solve

EDIT: how about making this valve with a modded QEV?

put a spring behind the piston and let air come from the "barrel side"
